Hello, the booking process went well.
However, I did have some trouble choosing the insurance.
The distinction between the excess waiver and the premium insurance isn't very clear!
Was the Gold insurance sufficient?
Since we weren't sure, we ended up getting both.
I hope we can make changes if we made a mistake.
Also, there is no information on whether the rental dates can be adjusted by a day or two.

Lewis was on the phone with me—how wonderful! He stayed with me every step of the way until I completed the booking. By the way, I don't speak much English, but this amazing man handled everything smoothly and fulfilled all my requests. I truly admire and respect him. I thank this company for their excellent choice of employees. I commend you all and suggest you give Lewis a bonus or a raise because he deserves it.
